Ujjivan SFB has partnered with AdvantageClub.ai, a renowned entity in loyalty solutions, to power the ‘Ujjivan Rewardz’ program. This collaboration is set to deliver a fulfilling experience by allowing customers to earn points across a comprehensive range of digital and banking activities.
Customers can now accumulate reward points on various transactions, including:
- Account opening
- Making recurring deposits
- Utility bill payments
- Registrations on Ujjivan SFB’s digital platforms
- Digital transactions such as Point of Sale (POS), e-commerce purchases, UPI, NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS.
The accumulated points offer a gateway to exciting redemption options, with customers able to exchange them for vouchers spanning a wide array of categories including lifestyle, shopping, travel, and entertainment. To provide ample flexibility, the earned points will remain valid for two years.
A key highlight of 'Ujjivan Rewardz' is its customer-centric design, featuring a lower minimum spend threshold for reward eligibility and notably, offering reward points specifically on UPI transactions. This tailored approach aligns directly with the banking behaviors and needs of Ujjivan SFB’s diverse customer base.
