Puttur, August 7, 2026: Central Arecanut and Cocoa Marketing and Processing Cooperative (Campco) has announced its latest procurement prices for arecanut, pepper and cocoa, effective Friday, August 7, 2026. According to the revised price list issued by Campco, the maximum procurement price for Chali Arecanut and New Chali Arecanut stands at ₹550 per kg, while Wet Arecanut is being procured at ₹410–₹475 per kg.
Among other arecanut varieties, Dry Bette is priced between ₹345 and ₹375 per kg, while Wet Bette is quoted at ₹320–₹370 per kg.
Black Pepper Commands Highest Price
Black pepper continues to fetch the highest value among the commodities procured by Campco. The cooperative has fixed the procurement price at ₹450–₹685 per kg, depending on quality. Meanwhile, dry cocoa is being purchased at ₹270–₹320 per kg, while wet cocoa is priced between ₹70 and ₹100 per kg.
