Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara released the scheme brochures at Vikasa Soudha on Thursday and urged eligible members of the Arya Vysya community to apply and make use of the benefits.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Parameshwara said the Corporation was established to support the overall development of economically and educationally disadvantaged members of the Arya Vysya community. Corporation implements schemes covering areas such as education, self-employment, agriculture and food processing, he said.
₹85 Crore Utilised in Seven Years
According to Dr. Parameshwara, the Corporation has utilised a total of ₹85 crore over the past seven years, including grants released to it and loan repayments.
Funds have been used to provide loans, subsidies and fee reimbursements to 16,785 beneficiaries, achieving 96% progress, he said. He also highlighted the Corporation's loan recovery performance. So far, ₹11 crore has been recovered through loan repayments, while 740 beneficiaries have completely repaid their loans.
Describing the recovery as a notable achievement, the deputy Chief minister encouraged eligible beneficiaries to make effective use of the schemes while ensuring timely repayment of loans.
Applications Open for 2026–27
Applications are now being invited for all four schemes for 2026–27.
The last date to submit applications is October 15, 2026.
Dr. Parameshwara appealed to members of the Arya Vysya community to apply in large numbers and take advantage of the welfare and development programmes offered through the Corporation. Corporation Chairman K.V. Ram Prasad, Revenue Department Additional Chief Secretary Rajender Kumar Kataria, and Corporation Managing Director Deepashree K. were present.
