TTD Launches Extensive Feedback Collection Drive to Enhance Devotee Services

TTD rolls out IVRS, WhatsApp, and manual feedback systems to improve devotee services like darshan, Annaprasadam, and accommodation in Tirumala.

Tirumala, June 29, 2025: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has initiated a comprehensive feedback collection program to elevate the devotee experience at the sacred hill shrine. Aimed at gathering valuable insights, the initiative employs multiple channels, including Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), WhatsApp e-Surveys, and manual surveys by Srivari Sevaks, ensuring devotees can share their opinions on various services.

Multi-Channel Feedback for Seamless Experience
The IVRS survey enables devotees to provide feedback on key aspects of their Tirumala visit, including travel, Annaprasadam, Kalyanakatta, Temple Darshan, accommodation, queue line management, and luggage counters, through 16 targeted questions. Additionally, devotees can access the WhatsApp feedback system by scanning QR codes at prominent locations in Tirumala and Tirupati or messaging the official number (9399399399). This platform allows feedback on services like Annaprasadam, cleanliness, laddu prasadam, and more.
Srivari Sevaks and Future Digital Integration
For a more personal touch, Srivari Sevaks are collecting feedback manually at various locations using a TTD-developed application with pre-set questions. TTD also plans to extend this feedback mechanism to its Mobile App and Booking Portal soon. By prioritizing devotees’ real-time experiences, TTD aims to refine its services and enhance the spiritual journey at Tirumala. The organization urges devotees to share their feedback to contribute to these improvements.
