Mangaluru, Sep 4: To promote simple marriages among eligible minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Jain, Buddhist, Sikh, and Parsi) in Karnataka, financial assistance is provided through voluntary organizations. Each couple receives ₹50,000 for mass marriage expenses, and organizers are given an incentive of ₹5,000 per couple for wedding costs.
Organizers must submit applications 7 days before the event and provide necessary documents within 3 days of the marriage to the District Minority Office, Maulana Azad Bhavan, Old Kent Road, Pandeshwar.
