The Central Government has invited citizens to share their ideas and suggestions for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Independence Day 2026 address through the MyGov platform. The initiative encourages people from every corner of the country to contribute to one of India's most important annual speeches.
Carrying the theme "140 Crore Citizens, One Collective Vision," the campaign reflects the idea that every citizen can participate in shaping the nation's priorities. Suggestions can be submitted until August 12, and selected public inputs may find a place in the Prime Minister's address from the Red Fort on August 15.
From farmers and entrepreneurs to students, homemakers and senior citizens, everyone is encouraged to share ideas on issues that matter most to them and to the country.

MyGov has already received hundreds of public comments and suggestions, with participation continuing ahead of the August 12 deadline. The number of visible comments changes as additional pages of submissions are published on the portal.
