Vitla, 16 September 2026: A free medical check-up and blood donation camp was organised at the Suvarna Ranga Mandira of Vittala Pre-University College in Vitla under the joint initiative of Vitla Puthila Parivara Seva Trust, Puttur–Vitla Unit, Rotary Club Puttur East, Samarpan Vitla and Rotary Club Vitla.
Camp was conducted in association with Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi Eshwaramba Trust, Justice K.S. Hegde Charitable Hospital, Nitte, Yenepoya Dental College and Hospital, Deralakatte, and Rotary CAMPCO Blood Centre, Puttur. Vitla Rural Cooperative Society president Jagannath Salian inaugurated the programme. Puthila Parivara coordinator Arun Kumar Puthila presided over the event.

During the programme, Arun Kumar Puthila was felicitated. CET and NEET preparation books were also distributed to Vittala Pre-University College. Puthila Parivara Vitla unit president Mohan Seraje welcomed the gathering. Manjunath Kamath delivered the introductory remarks, while Srivibha Kepa presented Vande Mataram. Puthila Parivara Seva Trust Puttur executive committee member Ravishankar Vitla proposed the vote of thanks. Harish K. Vitla compered the programme.
