Puttur, 27 September 2026: Members of the Puttur Taluk Dharma Abhyudaya-Dharma Shikshana Committee visited the Sri Sharadamba Temple and Sri Sharada Peetha at Sringeri on Saturday.
During the visit, the members received the blessings of Jagadguru Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Mahaswamiji and obtained Mantrakshate. Visit took place while the Jagadguru was observing the Chaturmasya Vrata at Sringeri.
Dambekana Sadashiva Rai, President of the Taluk Dharma Abhyudaya Committee, Balakrishna Borker, General Secretary, Subramanya Nattōja, Convener, and Shailesh G. Rao, Secretary, were present.
Office-bearers and members of various village-level committees also participated in the visit. Vidwan Tejashankar Somayaji, State Convener of the Sri Shankara Tattva Prasara Abhiyana of Sringeri Peetha, extended his support during the visit.
