Puttur: Vivekananda Shishu Mandir Forms 27th Krishna Janmashtami Committee

Puttur, June 26, 2025: The Vivekananda Shishu Mandir, under the aegis of Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha, has constituted its committee for the 27th Krishna Janmashtami celebrations. The committee was formed during a meeting held on Thursday (June 26, 2025) at the school premises in Shivapete, Parladka, Puttur.
Renowned jeweller Raji Balram has been appointed as the honorary president, while entrepreneur Mohan K will serve as the president of the committee. The meeting also saw the appointment of Malini Kaashyap as vice-president, Shankar Malya as secretary, Brijesh Rai Sanangala as treasurer, and Amit as joint secretary. The committee includes members Ramya Bhatt, Rukmaya Kulal, Umesh Kumar Shimladka, and Manoj Shenoy.
The event was attended by former president Santosh Kumar Rai, Shishu Mandir president Rajagopal Bhatt, convener Akshay Kumar, members of the administrative board, and parents. The committee will oversee the planning and execution of the Krishna Janmashtami festivities, a significant cultural and religious event celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna.
