Missed UGCET? NEET Students Can Still Apply Till July 30

Bengaluru, July 24: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the application deadline for UGCET 2026 for candidates who have appeared for NEET 2026, qualified, but have not yet submitted their UGCET application.

Earlier, the last date to apply was July 24, 2026. Following requests from students and parents, KEA has now extended the deadline to July 30, 2026, providing eligible candidates with another opportunity to complete the application process.

KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna IAS stated that the authority has not yet received the NEET 2026 result data. Once the data is received, candidates will be provided an opportunity to link their NEET Roll Number with their UGCET application.

Until then, candidates and parents have been advised not to worry. The document verification process will commence after the NEET Roll Number is linked.

Candidates are urged to regularly visit the official KEA website for the latest updates and detailed instructions regarding the admission process.
