Puttur, 29 September 2026: Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated at the Taluk Panchayat meeting hall in Puttur. Program was organised by the National Festivals Celebration Committee.
Venkataramana Acharya, Science Lecturer at Government Pre-University College, Sajipamooda, spoke on the occasion. He highlighted the significance of Vishwakarma Jayanti and the contribution associated with Lord Vishwakarma.
Puttur Block Education Officer Suresh D. presided over the program. Jagadish Acharya S.N., president of the Vishwabrahmana Seva Sangha, was present.
Dayananda D.T., a subject officer at the Taluk Office, welcomed the gathering. Mahesh, First Division Assistant at the Taluk Office, and Mahesh, Village Administrative Officer, were also present. Vidya M. Kale, Puttur City Municipal Commissioner, and Srikala Karanth extended their support to the program.
